Hello My avid listeners or watchers and now readers! I am Kadee Sprinkle I am a Natural Health Practitioner, Mindful Meditation Coach and an Ordained Minister!

My goal in life is to provide information to all who need it, help to those who want it, and add a little bit of peace to the world in the process. 

I work with people through spiritual coaching, meditation coaching, natural remedies, reflexology and much more! I love working with people to create a better them on their terms and in their time frame.
